The MallCockpit

Branded as MallCockpit, the spectrum of applications provides owners a full digital service which site owners pay for on a monthly subscription basis to create long-term relationship. Check our references. The subscription is ratcheted depending upon the requirements.

In doing so it brings together separate digital strands of day-to-day site requirements and channels them for the benefit of the stores, brands and site management. Full user data is submitted to the site owner in return.

MallCockpit has run a successful trial of AI Chatbot that is installed on the web and mobile version. It answers questions immediately about the centre. This is currently installed in 12 locations with further centres to follow.
